Real Woman : Jannell MacAulay & Michele Lobianco

Jannell MacAulay and Michele Lobianco have both served as Air Force Commander's of the 305th Operations Support Squadron at McGuire Air Force Base. These women have been using their own distinctive styles of leadership and it's changing what it means to be a commander.

This is actually the 2nd time Jannell has come across my camera on a shoot. Back in the summer of 2015, I photographed Jamie Mucciarelli, who also worked at McGuire and is a friends with Jannell. It was awesome to be back on the base for a shoot and can't thank the folks at McGuire enough for the access and kindness they showed to us while on site.
