Real Woman : The Gingered Peach Bakery

I had the pleasure of photographing Joanne Canady-Brown at her bakery, The Gingered Peach, in Lawrenceville, NJ for the Winter 2016 cover of Real Woman Magazine.

Anyone who has been around me long enough knows that sweets are quite a weak spot for me. And, The Gingered Peach doesn't disappoint when it comes to homemade specialties. From French Croissants, scones, brownies, olive oil cake, cinnamon buns, and cupcakes, Joanne uses quality ingredients like King Arthur Flour to Callebaut Chocolate.

Joanne has a great story of departing from the pursuit of her MBA to following her dream of opening her own bakery.

I had the amazingly talented Erin Spier out on this one for hair/makeup and Ian Sterling assisting and capturing behind the scenes photos.
