Photography That Shows How Your Company Works


A corporate shoot can cover much more than a single set of photographs. I work with marketing and communications teams to create a range of imagery across the workplace—from employees and leadership to meetings, collaboration, facilities and the details that help give a company its identity.


Assignments can be built around an existing shot list or developed together during pre-production. The goal is a versatile collection of images that gives your team options across websites, campaigns, recruiting, social media and other communications.

What can we photograph during a corporate photography shoot?

Most assignments include a mix of people, workplace environments and activity. Depending on the company, that might mean employees at work, meetings, collaboration, office or facility interiors, environmental portraits and other details that help build a broader visual library. Headshots can also be scheduled for a portion of the day, allowing both needs to be covered during the same shoot.

Do we need to provide a complete shot list?

A detailed shot list isn’t required. Some marketing teams come to me with specific images they need, while others want help determining what will be most useful. I can work with your team before the shoot to develop priorities, locations and scenarios based on where the photography will be used.

Multi-location assignments can be planned to maintain a consistent visual approach across offices, facilities or regions. Depending on the scope, photography can take place over multiple days or be scheduled in phases as different locations and teams become available.

How do you photograph a real workplace without making everything look staged?

Most companies identify participating employees and key locations before the shoot, and we work through a planned shot list while leaving room for opportunities we find along the way. Some assignments are fast and fluid, while others are more produced, with additional lighting, hair/wardrobe grooming and more detailed direction. The approach depends on the client, the environment and how polished or natural the final photography needs to feel.
